Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham

Sarah was responsible for delivering a new programme of activity to strengthen engagement with 800 doctors, nurses and other NHS staff. This included monthly team briefings and crafting a new newsletter, “ROH Life”, which has proved hugely popular with the workforce.

Lincolnshire Hospitals, NHS Trust

Sarah was responsible for writing, designing and delivering an NHS in-house patient safety campaign aimed at communicating with 7,500 staff over three hospital sites. This included poster design, recording and editing podcasts for the staff intranet.
